Kensington, MD
MUST:
3 years of technical experience in client/customer service, preferably in the Audio/Video industry
Working knowledge of electronic systems including current AV technologies, security systems and/or network/IT technology is desired Experience providing prompt response and approach in dealing with client issuesStrong communication and excellent service standards
Strong technical prowess and problem-solving abilitiesClearance preferred CTS certification a plus
DUTIES:Working with commercial and residential clients Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues with installed systems
Handle emergency/last minute requests and working with client to ensure systems are 100% functionalDevelop expertise of Casaplex products and services by creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems.
